The Great Eastern Ceilidh Company have been playing ceilidhs in the eastern region
for over twenty years. The individual members of the band encompass a wide range of
musical experience: Shetland fiddle playing, English and Irish folk music, bluegrass,
Northumbrian pipe music. The tunes that accompany the dance include, as well as
these influences, Spanish, French and American tunes.
The band boasts two experienced callers, who have a long experience of ceilidh
dancing, and have called all over the region, as well as at festivals such as the
Sidmouth and Cambridge Folk Festivals.

The band come with their own full set of PA equipment.
